某用户网站报告缩略图无法显示了，寻求协助。看错误如下图所示：
A TimThumb error has occured
The following error(s) occured:- Could not create the index.html file - to fix this create an empty file named index.html file in the cache directory.
- Could not create cache clean timestamp file.

TimThumb version : 2.8.14
检查发现权限是没有问题的。由于启用了伪静态，因此只好去看看真实路径有什么错误

可以看出原来是 touch() 函数不可用导致的，到PHP.ini 解除禁用即可。
